Implementation Procedures

Annual leave will be earned each month and recorded in accordance with the following schedule:
Annual Leave Credit Chart

July - 1.5 days

August - 2.0 days

September - 1.5 days

October - 1.5 days

November - 2.0 days

December - 1.5 days

January - 1.5 days

February - 2.0 days

March - 1.5 days

April - 1.5 days

May - 2.0 days

June - 1.5 days

Absences in excess of accumulated annual leave will not be allowed except with the approval of the Superintendent.

All annual leave should be used before the effective date of termination of employment. By special permission of the Superintendent a settlement payment may be granted not to exceed forty-five (45) days.

Problems not covered by the annual leave policy will be given consideration on an individual basis by the Superintendent.

Monitoring
Policy 7110 implementation procedures will be overseen by The Division of Human Resources and Professional Development.
